Trek Donation is More Than Inspirational

Trek

This week, Captain Jack Nosco and longtime friend and community partner, Danny Lupold of Trek Bicycles presented a Moment of Inspiration, opening the County of Ventura’s Board of Supervisors meeting.

Danny, who manages Trek in Westlake Village wanted to reach out and do something to help our community after the Borderline Shooting and Hill and Woolsey fires. Danny reached out to Corporate and started the process of getting over 300 bicycles and Electra cruisers donated, Together with their friend Don, a State Farm agent that helps to contact the families; and VCFD’s Wildland division, they were able to unpack, assemble and give more than 300 bikes and to adults and children affected by the recent tragedies.

VCFD thanks everyone involved in spreading love and goodwill during these recent times. Danny, Don, and Captain Nosco, a sincere Thank You.
