THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — At approximately 3:00 a.m., a Ventura County Fire Department firefighter was struck by a vehicle while working at the scene of a traffic collision near the State Route 118 and Tapo Canyon Road on-ramp in Simi Valley.Â
